Does this product come with a separate stand?

No, There is no separate stand required for this product. There is a small circular base which rotates when you put in a battery. Just place the cube on a flar surface and it will start rotating.

What if cube does not rotate even after putting the battery?

All the products are thoroughly checked before shipping. In case there is still any problem with the product, we will replace it with a new one. Just drop a mail to contact@dezains.com with your order id and we will help you with it.

What if the photos I upload are not of good quality?

You will receive a mail/SMS from us informing to provide us better quality images if the images uploaded while ordering are not suitable for printing.

Do You have any bigger photo cube?

This is the optimum size for a rotating photo cube to be a good table top photoframe. We do not have any other size options available for this product.
