These cushions are wrapped and packaged in cardboard boxes for extra safety. We ship these cushions via Bluedart courier service, and the shipment could be tracked online with ease.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we would immediately send you a new one within 4-5 days of complaint. If there has been some mistake in the customized details, or the print is faded or not clear, we would send you another set with correct details. However if everything is right from our end, we cannot accept return, as the products are customized.
Q. Can I change the template a bit from what it is shown in the product photo ?
A. We have created many different templates for the cushions, wherein you just need to replace the customization fields like photos, names or message. In case you need to change the quotation, text color or any part of design, you can request us to do that, after you place the order. If the changes are minor we would be doing it for you. However, you cannot ask for a complete new design as we have to make it especially for you which would have an additional charge. In case you want a complete customized design you can contact directly at email@example.com with your design in mind.
Q. Can I get my own design printed instead of the sample design shown?
A. Yes. If you have your own piece of artwork / photo which you want to get printed, we can do that for you. After you place the order, you can send your own design (in good resolution) and we would print that on the cushion, instead of the fixed template.
Q. How do I know if the photos that I have sent are good enough for printing?
A. We recommend you to send a good resolution and clear photograph. Better the quality of the photos, better is the print quality. If the photos that you send, are not good enough for printing, we would get back to you asking for better photos.
